2003-06-29 - 11:20 p.m.

This is the dawning of a new era. Or a new journal, at least. I've never done anything like this before. I'm not sure how long I'll use this site because it's all pastel and girly looking...I need to find something more manly. ;) Yes, I'm secure in my manhood...I just don't want to stare at this pastel purple stuff for too long because it might make me want to start watching Christopher Lowell or something. I don't know exactly what you should expect from me just yet. I kinda want this to be an "anti-diary." No depression, no pity parties, no feeling sorry for myself because some minute little thing is not going my way, and most importantly...no drama. See, I've got a very low tolerance level for things like that. I'll probably do a lot of ranting and raving about stuff that pisses me off. And a lot pisses me off. :) For instance, reading stuff people have typed on the internet (journal entries, message board posts, etc.) that reads like one really long run-on sentence that makes your head hurt and blood shoot out of your ears. Now, I'm not necessarily a grammar/punctuation stickler, but come on...there always needs to be some sense of structure to what you write, people. Otherwise, you sound like a blathering idiot...or worse, a bubblehead. Anyway, I think this is it for my first entry. Nothing grand, nothing special...just this. Take care, God bless and good night.
